Performance issues and temporary unavailability

Resolved - On 7th May 2024, between 18:03 and 19:44 UTC, our services experienced performance issues and temporary unavailability due to reconfigurations in the Azure infrastructure. These reconfigurations were part of Microsoft's planned deployment operations and should have resulted in unavailability lasting less than 60 seconds per event, but this was not the case. Our team is working closely with Azure to monitor and minimise the impact of such occurrences on our services moving forward.
